We are seeking a skilled & experienced **FLAT ROOFING - PRODUCTION FOREMAN** who is motivated to grow professionally and establish a long-term career.

**FLAT ROOFING - PRODUCTION FOREMAN** - Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

- Provide technical and leadership skills necessary to oversee and manage service jobs to the expectations of management.
- Provide technical ability to effectively diagnose and repair commercial roofs
- Experience with installation and repair of all roofing systems (Asphalt & Gravel, Mod-bit & Single-ply)
- Experience with sealing in mechanical rooftop alterations
- Experience troubleshooting roofing issues
- Experience completing roof inspections
- Oversee all aspects as related to roof work including but not limited to safety, housekeeping, and workmanship quality.
- Ensure that all specifications, shop drawings, and scope of work are being followed exactly
- Ensure that all safety equipment is properly utilized at the job site
- Keep accurate records and submit daily project reports, safety documents and time tracking for payroll
- Maintain company vehicle as well as inventory of materials and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service

- Strong work ethic, great attitude, and integrity
- Intermediate computer skills - ability to use software and apps
- Effectively communication with others (verbal & written)
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to work at heights
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety rules and regulations
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in the roofing industry (Red Seal Endorsement is an asset)
- Ability to climb, balance, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift 50- 70 lbs safely and be on your feet for extended periods of time.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- flat roofing: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Manitoba Driver's licence (required)
