The Site Foreman is responsible for the implementation of a project from start to finish once the design, engineering, and scope of work have been established. A typical day in the life of a Foreman at the foremost is executing the projects to the satisfaction of the customer while reviewing the design, scope of work, and managing the material inventory that is required to complete the job. The Foreman works closely with the Owner and Operator. A typical day includes hands-on work, documenting, and planning for the next day or week.

Uses logic and systematic analysis to interpret underlying trends, core issues, and root causes, and identifies pragmatic and effective solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Renovation or other construction experience is required
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with hand tools and other Construction power tools
- Moderate mathematical skills
- Problem solver
- Ability to read blueprints
- Foreman experience is an asset, and the desire to develop and grow
- Ability to take accurate measurements
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Able to lift 60+ pounds
- On feet during the day
- Engineering mindset
- Ability to commute to the site or to the shop

Pay: $32.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
