**Duties**:

- Make plans to show off our products and make sure people know about them, in a way that helps the company reach its goals.
- Study the market, learn what customers like, what other companies are doing, and how we can do better.
- Photos and videos: Either take pictures and videos yourself or work with others to do it, making sure everything looks great for our promotions.
- Use money wisely by deciding how to spend money on marketing in a way that helps the company earn more.
- Promote our team by coming up with stories about our staff and sharing them to show how awesome they are.
- Keep our brand strong, making sure everything we put out, like ads and social media posts, looks and feels like our brand.
- Create content by making interesting stuff like posts, pictures, and videos for social media, our website, and printed materials.
- Manage shoots by organizing and overseeing photo and video shoots to make sure we get the best images and videos to promote our products.
- Design materials like brochures, catalogs, and online ads to show off our products.
- Update the website to keep the company website fresh, easy to use, and easy for people to find on search engines.
- Social media: Plan and run campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Etsy to get more followers and customers.
- Work with teams by teaming up with sales and production to create and update things like presentations and case studies that help us sell more.
- Plan events, organize, and run our presence at trade shows and industry events so more people learn about us.
- Choose vendors by finding and picking the best companies to help us with things like printing and advertising.
- Understand customers by collecting feedback from them and using it to make their experience better.
- Loyalty programs: Create programs that keep customers coming back again and again.
- Work with influencers by teaming up with popular people online to help promote our products.
- Build partnerships by working with other businesses to reach more people and expand our audience.
- Train staff by teaching employees about our brand, new marketing tools, and how to support our marketing strategies.
- Track success by keeping an eye on how well our marketing is doing and reporting back with results so we can improve.
- Work with vendors by communicating with companies that help us with printing, ads, and designs to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Stay organized by keeping detailed records of all marketing activities, spending, and results to make sure everything stays on track.
- Help the team by working closely with production, sales, and customer service to make sure our marketing helps the company run smoothly every day.
- Participate in organizing events on-site for customers, partners, and designers to build stronger relationships and showcase our products.

Pay: $39,000.00-$77,000.00 per year
