**Position: Marketing Specialist**

**Location**: Barrie, ON

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive demand for our water treatment solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights.
- Manage digital marketing efforts on social media advertising to generate leads and increase online visibility.
- Cultivate relationships with local communities, businesses, and industry partners to expand our reach and customer base.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in marketing, preferably in the water treatment or home services industry.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and independently manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of water treatment technologies and industry trends is a plus.
- A self-starter, create our online presence from scratch
