Marketing Specialist

As part of our growing team, you will play a key role in enhancing our market presence and driving customer engagement.

**Duties**
- Assist in the development, execution, and tracking of the company’s strategic marketing plan.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform campaign strategies.
- Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives, to promote products and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with creative teams (photographers, videographers, and social media specialists) to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with company objectives and target audience preferences.
- Develop and adjust tactical marketing plans based on campaign performance and market feedback.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing campaigns, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Monitor campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
- Identify and reach out to potential influencers for collaborations to promote the company’s products and services.
- Communicate with local companies and partners to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Identify new ways and channels to expand into markets, including B2C, B2B, local, global, and partner/dealer-focused strategies.
- Create and execute campaigns tailored to different markets and geographies.
- Conduct regular analysis of competitors' activities to understand market positioning and identify opportunities.
- Use insights to refine strategies and stay ahead in the market.
- Develop strategic and tactical plans to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Design and monitor campaigns specifically for existing and key customers to drive engagement and retention.
- Oversee platforms such as Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Pinterest, and others, ensuring the company is present and performing according to the marketing plan.
- Regularly update and optimize listings to improve visibility and sales.
- Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Work with the social media content team to ensure consistent and engaging messaging across all platforms.
- Oversee the production of promotional materials, including videos, photos, and product catalogs.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts using metrics and KPIs.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management platforms).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with platforms like Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, and Pinterest.
- Basic knowledge of furniture design is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with creative and operational teams.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment,
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing industry is an asset.
- Ability to travel occasionally for campaigns, events, or promotional activities if required (a company car will be provided for travelling).

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
