**Responsibilities of the Location Manager**

As a Location Manager, you will be responsible for helping to lead and drive the daily operations of a Cluck N Cleaver location. You will manage the kitchen and customer service crew to ensure amazing food an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee all hourly crew members and will be responsible for all administrative and leadership functions to ensure a smooth operation.
- Upholding our standards of excellence and hospitality
- Leading the team to Cluckin' success
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations
- Focusing attention on team development, and team retention
- Overseeing inventory, quality and safety
- Leading and developing community relations
- Recruit staff and oversee staff training
- Set crew work schedules and monitor crew performance
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Works on marketing initiatives
- Report to owners
- Other duties as assigned

Other requirements of the Location Manager role include:

- 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
- Food Safety Certification
- Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of Cluck N Cleaver operations
- Ability to provide the the best hospitality and inspire others to do so, at every cluckn' opportunity
- Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
- Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
- Cash handling experience
- Bondable
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- More advance computer skills an asset
