**Position Overview**

We are seeking a **Location Manager** to oversee the daily operations of our facility while also serving as a welcoming presence at the front desk. This is a **hybrid role** that balances guest-facing responsibilities with management, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality standards, and outstanding guest satisfaction.

The Location Manager reports directly to the **General Manager**and plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence across all areas of the location.

Key Responsibilities

**Front Desk & Guest Experience**
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience
- Address guest questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care
- Monitor and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction

**Daily Operations & Management**
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the location
- Manage scheduling and staffing needs to ensure proper coverage
- Supervise, support, and manage staff performance
- Conduct quality control checks of thermal rooms and all general areas

**Facility & Inventory Management**
- Perform regular inventory counts and manage supply ordering
- Ensure rooms meet cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
- Conduct routine pool testing and maintain accurate records

**Reporting & Communication**
- Communicate regularly with the General Manager regarding operations, staffing, and guest feedback
- Report issues, trends, and improvement opportunities proactively

Availability Requirements
- **Must be available to work weekends**:

- **Must be available for emergency coverage as needed**, including unexpected staffing shortages or facility issues

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, spa, or facility management preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable balancing front desk responsibilities with operational oversight
- Ability to problem-solve and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
