- Established in 2013, ND Energy Inc._ is a fully licensed utility sub-metering and billing company. Recognizing that utility metering is only one aspect of a smart building, ND builds, installs and monitors BAS systems, leak detection systems and other great energy products.

- ND Energy Inc. _is currently seeking a **BAS Technician** based close to Pearson International Airport.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out skilled work, including:

- Installing, inspecting, and maintaining digital utility meters.
- Installing, inspecting, and maintaining DDC based systems.
- Reading blueprints and identifying various HVACR equipment functionality and BAS integration features.
- Maintain and troubleshoot onsite communication hardware.
- Perform manual data collection as required.
- Determine HVACR systems energy use and make recommendations to improve efficiency.
- Safety assessments, invoicing & parts management.
- Collaborate with vendors and property managers remotely to resolve onsite issues.
- Engage and participate in weekly communication meetings with clients and vendors.
- Provide backend support to other departments regarding end customers.
- Identify and escalate issues that may have a customer impact.
- Field and project management.

To qualify, you will have a minimum of three years field experience in a similar role and a strong general knowledge of practical BAS experience.

Self-motivation, organization and self-discipline are essential.
