As a **Project Coordinator**, you will play a key role in assisting the project team with the planning, coordination, and execution of BAS projects. This includes supporting site activities, documentation, scheduling, and ensuring project milestones are achieved efficiently. Your contributions will help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with our high standards.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support Project Managers in planning and executing BAS projects from inception to completion.
- Assist in reviewing and organizing project documentation such as mechanical and electrical drawings and control schematics.
- Coordinate with field technicians and subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to schedule and specifications.
- Track project schedules, update timelines, and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting notes.
- Assist in procurement and delivery of project materials.
- Participate in team meetings and client updates.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Degree or diploma in engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
- Background in Building Automation Systems or similar mechanical/electrical systems is required.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or related roles.
- Knowledge of BAS platforms such as Johnson FX (Facility Explorer), Honeywell, or Niagara N4 is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Valid G license and access to a vehicle is required.
