**Role Overview**:
As an Energy Auditor at Certified Building Systems, you will assess buildings' energy consumption, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to improve energy efficiency. You will work closely with facility managers, building operators, and CBS technical teams to develop strategies for reducing energy waste and enhancing system performance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct on-site energy audits of HVAC, lighting, mechanical, and automation systems.
- Monitor energy usage, review utility bills, and evaluate system performance.
- Identify energy-saving opportunities, such as HVAC upgrades, automation improvements, and retrofits.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with cost-benefit analysis and energy-saving strategies.
- Ensure recommendations align with energy regulations, building codes, and sustainability goals.
- Present findings to building owners, facility managers, and stakeholders.
- Work with BAS specialists, HVAC technicians, and electricians to implement energy-saving solutions.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Experience in energy auditing, HVAC, or BAS systems.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency programs, building codes, and sustainability standards.
- Proficiency in energy analysis tools, BAS platforms, and utility monitoring systems.
- Ability to interpret building schematics, energy reports, and HVAC system data.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
- With valid driver’s license.
