**Service Department Receptionist**
Grimsby, ON
Full-Time | $18-$20 per hour | Weekdays only (no nights, no weekends)
**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Service Department Receptionist to join our busy dealership team. This position is the first point of contact for our service customers—answering calls, booking appointments, and helping ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming service calls promptly and professionally
- Schedule and manage service appointments using dealership software
- Greet customers in person and by phone with a positive attitude
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate customer information and repair order details
- Assist with general administrative duties and other duties as required
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a dealership or service department is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- **Knowledge of Xtime software is a strong plus**:
- Proficient with computers and general office systems
