**2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent**

**Established in 1929,** **Beach Grove Golf Club** is a Championship Private Club located within the expanding seaside community of Tsawwassen, BC, south of Vancouver. We enjoy the most days of sunshine within the greater Vancouver area while providing our Membership and Guests an exceptional 12-month playing season and quality and golf and dining experience. Our Club is operationally sound with a substantial and growing waiting list of new Members.

Working closely with the Superintendent and 1st Assistant, you will be emersed in honing your foundational skills and competencies.

- Degree, Diploma, or Certificate from a recognized university or college turf management program or a combination of relative education, experience, and skill set.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in agronomy and integrated pest management principles.
- Strong business acumen and administrative skills; proficient with MS office software and Jonas.
- Experience or knowledge of golf course construction techniques, and project planning and implementation.
- Knowledge of Rainbird central control and software platform is an asset; however, the RB software is very intuitive and easy to operate and program.
- BC pesticide applicators certificate or ability to obtain such within a reasonable timeframe from commencement of employment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
