Manage inventory of sales, stocks and wastage. Assist with planning of special events and promotions. Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, Assist in the implementation of policies, procedures, and budgets. Determine merchandise and services to be sold. Implement price and credits policies. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and address customers' complaints or concerns Essential Skills: Oral communication, working with others, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, continuous learning.
