Collaborating with the Course Superintendent and additional Associate Superintendent, you will be emersed in expanding your knowledge, experience, and skills in all aspects of the Golf Course Operations and Management. - Effective communication, sound judgment, and interpersonal skills to foster and maintain positive relations with fellow Employees across all departments, Club Members and Guests, Vendors, Community Neighbors, Contractors, and other Industry Professionals.
- Professional demeanor and appearance representing yourself, the team, and the Club in a positive manner.
- Inquisitive, intelligent decision maker demonstrating innovation, technical acumen, and able to implement practical solutions to sometimes complex or evolving situations or challenges.
- Passionate in providing exceptional playing conditions through high personal standards with a keen eye for detail.
- Degree, Diploma, or Certificate from a recognized university or college Turf Management Program or a combination of relative education, experience, and skill set.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in related sciences and Integrated Pest Management principles.
- Business acumen and administrative skills; proficient with MS office 365.
- Experienced in golf course construction techniques, project administration and implementation.
- BC Pesticide Applicators Certificate or ability to obtain such within a reasonable timeframe.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the game and rules of golf, tournament preparation, and course marking.

**Salary**: $76,500.00-$80,500.00 per year

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- DELTA, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Pesticide Applicators License (preferred)
