We are looking for enthusiastic, sincere, and energetic individuals, who are passionate about working outdoors in a private club setting. We are seeking individuals for entry level positions who are willing to learn and gain experience in what it takes to maintain a golf course.
- Safely use hand and power tools.
- Perform landscaping tasks that may include mowing, trimming, shoveling, raking.
- Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting/carrying up to 25kg.
- Work in varying weather conditions.
- Work independently and in a team environment.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our shop.
- Previous golf course maintenance, landscape or farm experience is an asset but not required.
- Flexibly meet work shift demands including holidays and weekends.
- Attend early morning shifts starting as early as 6 am as per our Golf Course and Turf operational timings.

**More information on the role**:

- **Salary**:$21.26 per hour
- **Seasonal Duration**: Late March to early November (7-8 months approx.).
- **Student Duration**: May to end of August.
- **Hours of Work**: 40 hours per week.
- **Shift**: Morning Shift; Split Weekends.
- **Reports To**: Assistants and Head Superintendent.
- **Start Date**: Late March/Early April (Except Students).
- **Job Environment**:On-site only, outdoors.
- **Ability to commute**: Tsawwassen, BC - reliably commute to Beach Grove Golf Club. (Public Transit is unavailable in the early mornings.)
- **Number of roles available**: 4 Seasonal Staff, 2 Student Positions
