**Résumé du poste**:
**Responsabilités et attentes**:

- Planification du personnel des opérations_
- Élaborer et maintenir les horaires hebdomadaires et mensuels du personnel des opérations.
- Coordonner la couverture des quarts de travail et répondre aux changements ou absences.
- Communiquer les mises à jour d’horaires aux équipes et aux superviseurs concernés.
- Coordination de l’entretien_
- Planifier et coordonner les entrepreneurs externes pour l’entretien des équipements et du bâtiment, selon les directives du gestionnaire de l’entretien.
- S’assurer que les entrepreneurs respectent les normes de sécurité et d’exploitation.
- Suivre les activités d’entretien et tenir les registres de service à jour.
- Administration de la paie_
- Vérifier et approuver les heures de paie soumises par le personnel des opérations.
- Assurer l’exactitude et la transmission en temps opportun des données de paie.
- Collaborer avec les services des RH ou de la paie pour résoudre les écarts.
- Gestion documentaire_
- Classer et maintenir les documents opérationnels, certificats et dossiers de conformité.
- Veiller à ce que toute la documentation soit à jour et accessible pour les audits ou inspections.
- Soutenir les systèmes de classement numériques et physiques.

**Qualifications recherchées**:

- Expérience confirmée en coordination des opérations, planification des horaires ou soutien administratif.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des logiciels de planification.
- Excellentes habiletés en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en collaboration.
- Connaissances ou expérience en milieu syndiqué et en gestion documentaire (atout).

**Conditions de travail**:

- Poste basé au bureau avec interactions régulières sur le plancher de l’usine.
- Disponibilité occasionnelle sur appel pour appuyer la planification ou la coordination des entrepreneurs.
