**Summary**

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our dynamic team in a **Bar Lead** capacity. You’ll deliver outstanding guest experiences, create a welcoming environment, and confidently run bar operations. This role requires strong service instincts, leadership presence, time management, multitasking skills, and the ability to thrive when it’s fast while staying cool when it’s chill.

This bar will be your playground — where you lead with confidence, stay composed, and show off your Southern Hospitality every shift.

- Core working hours between **Wed-Sun | 11AM-11PM**:

**Compensation Structure**

This is a **leadership role**, not just a bartending shift gig.
We pay for commitment, pride, consistency, and ownership.

**Base Compensation**:
**$65-70,000 annual salary**

**Important Tip Policy**

All tips are pooled and redistributed through wages and salaries to ensure fairness.
As Bar Lead, your role will ensure your team follows this policy with integrity.

**Duties**
- Prepare & serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Deliver memorable guest engagement and Southern hospitality
- Lead the bar team; train, support & set standards as Bar Lead
- Maintain a spotless, organized, pride-worthy bar
- Inventory management & stock control
- Honest and responsible cash handling via Toast POS
- Promote responsible alcohol service
- Stay ahead during busy waves & help keep the vibe awesome

**Experience**
- Restaurant/bar experience is REQUIRED — if you don’t have experience, this isn’t the job
- Leadership or shift lead experience is a huge asset
- Toast POS experience an advantage
- Strong hospitality instincts are essential
- Sports knowledge = awesome
- Training, leadership development & support provided for the right committed person
