**Who You'll Work With**
We are seeking mental health professionals licensed to practice in their respective province to join our contractor clinical network Counselors will provide short-term, solution-focused counselling support to a variety of clients covering a vast array of counselling issues. Working independently through in-person, telephonic, and online counselling modes, mental health professionals will follow company protocols while delivering clinically appropriate interventions.
**What You'll Be Doing**
- Receive and accept counselling referrals on a timely basis.
- Provide counselling support under a short-term model.
- Schedule counselling appointments.
- Enter and submit case notes through a secure online portal.
- Complete and close cases within a reasonably appropriate period of time.
- Partake in team meetings.
**What You Need to Be Successful**
- Minimum of a degree in Counselling Psychology, Social Work, or equivalent counselling program
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ counselling experience, post-graduation
- Membership in good standing with a respective professional order
- Active liability insurance
***What You Need to Stand Out**
- Addictions, crisis and adolescents experience
- Availability on evenings and weekends is considered a plus
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using technology for accessing client files and conducting online counseling sessions
