This could be the role for you. We are currently recruiting for a dynamic, genuine and motivated Account Manager to cover the Western region for our Health and Personal Care group. Our employees are professional and passionate about our business. **Here are the main responsibilities of our Account Managers**: - Developing sales with both new and existing customers in addition to maintaining existing customers in the sales territory - Manage key customer relationships, in line with Quadra’s core values and strategic vision - Meet or exceed annual sales and margin objectives - Develop and utilize internal and external resources, showcasing Quadra’s reputation for service excellence - Sell Quadra’s superior product line to potential customers through routine customer visits on site and virtual, joint calls and participation in industry events - Assist with customer troubleshooting and optimization opportunities - Possess a high degree of organization, planning, and multi-tasking skills - Bring proven presentation and written communication skills - Adapt to a complex, rapidly changing environment - Manage tight timelines and deal with after hour emergencies - Qualify key decision makers and their needs - Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements - Building and maintaining customer relationships with key decision makers/influencers to obtain repeat and new sales - Cold calling potential customers - Weekly reporting and scheduling **Key Skills and Attributes**: - Passionate, creative and results oriented - Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and able to work independently - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills - Know how to create and maintain excellent relationships - Optimistic and inquisitive - Strong negotiation skills What qualifications and previous experience are required to be successful in this role? - Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Biological Sciences - Minimum 5 years directly related sales experience in the Pharmaceutical, Supplements, Personal Care or Food industry - Willingness to travel 30% of the time (with some overnight) - Advance skills with Office tools, including Excel, Word and Power Point - Experience with a CRM (Salesforce would be considered an asset) - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills - Valid driver’s license **The advantages of choosing this position at Quadra?**: - Essential services company - State of the art digital environment - Customized training - Permanent full-time position - Competitive salary - Performance incentive program - Full benefits coverage (dental, medical, vision, etc.) - Programs offered to employees to improve their quality of life (Wellness) - Virtual wellbeing and mental health programs with Global Healthcare Leader - Retirement plan with a match and several long-term investment programs - Private, family-owned company with a solid infrastructure - Pleasant work environment on a daily basis (Great Place to Work and Best Managed Companies certification) - Caring for each other and having fun are part of our core values - Company car with covered expenses - A company that promotes diversity and inclusion - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Opportunity for career advancement and development; a growing company - Social acti
