**Day to day**:

- Further develop a target list of prospects that can provide predictable and sustainable new business volume
- Manage the sales process from prospect identification to program agreement negotiation and execution
- Contribute to development/formulation of new business development plans (annual and long-term) and business plan
- Scope and identify new market opportunities _(eg. products, verticals / industry segments, and extension of programs)_
- Prioritize and target opportunities
- Resolve transaction issues (Pending, declines and deficiencies)
- Report on transactional activities as required

**Essentials**:

- Bilingual French and English is an ideal asset
- At least 2 years of experience in the equipment finance industry
- 2 or more years of sales experience
- Experience in the Healthcare vertical is preferred but not required
- Thorough knowledge of current marketplace trends and activities
- Proficient in MS Office product, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Superior interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
- Time management - superior planning, organization and prioritization skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid team player
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work from home remotely/independently and in a virtual team environment
