**Accounts receivable, Analyst**

Department: Accounting Department

Location: Service Centre, Laval (4204 Industrial Blvd., Laval)

Type: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Hybrid mode: 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely

**THE ROLE**

Under the responsibility of the Manager Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Fixed Assets, within the Global Shared Services accounting team, the Accounts receivable, Analyst will be in charge of period end of the aged trial balance (accounts receivable) and will follow up as necessary with our various internal services.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

Here are some ways you can make a difference:

- Complete cycle of accounts receivable: Billing, cheque cashing, end of period reports etc...)
- Creation of the cash receipts
- Creations / Modifications of supplier records
- Analyze various balance sheet accounts & produce the required documents according to the company's internal policy
- Various related tasks such as journal entries and works closely with the supplier revenue team.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**

- Bachelor's degree in accounting OR equivalent experience
- Analytical mindset and demonstrate rigor and precision
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to manage priorities and respond quickly to emergencies
- Aptitude for customer service
- Have a great team spirit.
- Bilingualism required (French & English)
