Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, the Accounts receivable specialist will be responsible for:

  • Make soft collection calls
  • Develop a great relationship with the customers (B2B)
  • Release orders
  • Process credit card payments
  • Answer customer questions regarding their account
  • Assist the Accounts receivables supervisor with different tasks

**Desired Skills**

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Bilingual: French/English
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook and Excel)
