Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, the Accounts receivable specialist will be responsible for:

- Make soft collection calls
- Develop a great relationship with the customers (B2B)
- Release orders
- Process credit card payments
- Answer customer questions regarding their account
- Assist the Accounts receivables supervisor with different tasks

**Desired Skills**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Bilingual: French/English
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook and Excel)

**Among your qualities, you are**:

- Passionate about customer service
- Perfectly bilingual (FR/EN)
- Like to find solutions adapted to the needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
