**Position**: Part-time Security Dispatcher

**Location**: The Well - 8 Spadina Ave, Toronto ON

**Requirements**:

- Dispatch experience in a security setting
- Valid Security License
- CPR and First Aid certification

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor security systems and respond to alarms and emergencies promptly.
- Dispatch security personnel to incidents and provide necessary information.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with security staff and other relevant parties.
- Coordinate with emergency services when needed
- Document incidents and report findings to the security team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in dispatching within the security environment
- Possess a valid security license.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
- Familiarity with security systems and technology.
- Knowledge of emergency response protocols.

**Schedule**:
This is a permanent part-time position.
- Saturday & Sunday 11am-7pm

**Other information**:

- Must be available to start training immediately.
- Able to commute to downtown Toronto.
- We do not cover the cost of parking.
