Position Part‑time supervisor – 2nd shift, weekends (Saturday and Sunday 1200‑0000) Compensation & Schedule Pay rate: $21.50 per hour Overtime: Averaging Agreement after 88 hours Posting date: January 12, 2026; internal closing: January 19, 2026; external closing: January 26, 2026 Key Responsibilities Remain alert & observant while outside, standing or walking for extended periods in all weather conditions. Maintain communications with fellow security guard/dispatchers, client roster and Paladin managerial staff. Ensure all site staff adhere to Paladin Security policies and procedures. Complete mobile patrols diligently. Document and investigate security incidents and complaints. Communicate concerns or issues with supervisor, client service manager or client. Maintain the highest standard of security, professionalism in attitude, appearance and application. Represent Paladin Security, Yorkville Village and customers to enhance quality, image and reputation. Perform security duties according to established procedures, all within federal, provincial and municipal laws. Be observant, record all discrepancies, deficiencies and safety hazards noted during patrols and take corrective action when possible. Be courteous and helpful in enforcing all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations. Respond immediately to any emergency and coordinate response according to established procedures. Prerequisites Valid security license for Ontario. Valid First Aid & CPR Level C from a WSIB‑approved vendor. COVID‑19 vaccine – two doses.
