Metro Ford is seeking an Experienced Ford Parts Advisor to join our team We are looking for someone who has a minimum 2-5 years Parts experience. This job requires:

- Must maintain a broad knowledge of manufacturers new and recent products.
- Provide accurate quotes to customers on an as needed basis.
- Ensure parts availability to maintain workflow of technicians and customers.
- Respond to customer parts inquiries online and over the phone in a timely manner.
- Responsible for stock handling, warehousing, ordering, receiving, inspecting, sorting, pricing and selling of parts.
- Provide timely follow-ups on quotes and inquiries.

- Personable, excellent communication and customer relation skills, pleasant telephone manner.
- Promotes teamwork and works cohesively within a team oriented environment.
- Excellent computer skills
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, self starter.
