**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct automotive parts for their needs.
- Maintain an organized inventory of parts, ensuring that all items are accurately labeled and stored.
- Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions and managing cash handling responsibilities.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with customers, addressing inquiries and providing information on parts availability.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts needed for vehicle repairs.
- Stay updated on market trends and new products to better assist customers and enhance sales management efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory levels, and customer interactions to support efficient operations.
- Communicate effectively with multilingual customers to provide excellent service.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive parts environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in cash handling and familiar with POS systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to help customers find the right solutions.
