**Dispatcher - Job Profile**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with customers, the operations team, and drivers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Recognize and resolve documentation errors promptly to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Assist drivers with shipment details and trip information related to assigned orders.
- Process shipments and trips to guarantee on-time service delivery to our customers.
- Enter and update order information accurately in the dispatch software.
- Provide regular updates on in-transit loads to relevant stakeholders.
- Review data meticulously to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Communicate any operational issues with customers and the internal operations team proactively.
- Manage cross-border clearance procedures efficiently, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Provide real-time tracking and load information to both clients and drivers.

**Essential Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the trucking industry, preferably with CN/CP.
- Knowledge of port authorities for container pick-up and delivery.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Proficient in dispatch software with the ability to update and manage order information accurately.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills to handle data entry and reporting tasks efficiently.
- Ability to review, analyze, and resolve data inaccuracies promptly.
- Experience in handling cross-border clearance processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
