**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive top-notch service in a friendly and timely manner. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience.

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are noted.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining an attentive presence throughout the dining experience.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Process payments efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils after each use.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both guests and staff.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential; familiarity with sanitation standards is a plus.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in upselling menu items is advantageous but not mandatory.
