**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a high standard of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to all food safety and handling guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential; certification in food handling is an advantage.
- A willingness to learn and help others in a team-oriented environment is crucial for success in this role.
