**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent guest services throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, specifically Micros POS, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and basic math calculations for accurate billing.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns or special requests.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to prioritize tasks and provide prompt service.

**Qualifications**
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong background in food service and hospitality.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation procedures is essential.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous but not required as training will be provided.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated during shifts.
