**Full Job Description**
We are a Overhead Door construction firm, focusing primarily on residential and commercial projects as well as gates, awnings and openers (installation and service).
- Support Project Managers, Estimators & Trades as well as office staff and front desk staff
- Provide a wide range of administrative support to the executive and teams, handling many different tasks professionally and efficiently.
- Track tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritization of projects with respect to deadlines and organizational development
- Knowledge of purchase requisitions, process purchase orders and assist with procurement of software and services through internal processing system, supporting operational needs
- Reading plans and assisting with take-offs and job tasking
- Logistical support
- Office management (Filling / scanning / printing / photocopying) and Data Entry
- Maintain the security of highly sensitive and confidential matters
- Creating project files
**Applicants being considered for this position should possess the following skills and attributes**:
- Comprehensive knowledge of software, including Microsoft Office
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail is extremely important
- Preference will be given to applicants with construction, addendum and blueprint reading knowledge
- Review architectural plans, specifications, and other project documents to understand the scope of work.
- Identify and quantify the materials, labor, and equipment needed for the project.
- Maintain organized records of project estimates, bids, and related documents.
- Establish and maintain tendering process
- Project management experience is an asset but not necessary

- In office position
- 2 weeks paid vacation (accumulated)

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift (Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 4:00pm)
