The Municipal Group of Companies, based in Bedford Nova Scotia, is a large, diversified organization engaged in all major aspects of the heavy civil construction, mining, and environmental services within the Atlantic Provinces. We are currently seeking a Claims Administrator to join our team based out of our Bedford, NS office.

**Job Summary**:
We are currently seeking a **Claims Intake Administrator** to support our insurance, finance, and legal teams in the intake and handling of insurance claims based out of Bedford, NS.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Receiving incident reports and documenting claims.
- Communicating with operational personnel, customers, and members of the public.
- Tracking claims and reporting regular status updates.
- Working with insurance, finance, safety, and legal professionals to ensure the efficient handling of claims.
- Any other duties as required.

**Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience**:

- Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience or interest in construction, transportation or insurance industries is considered an asset.
