**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Issue Purchase Orders**: Generate supplier purchase orders using requisitions from MRP and planning departments.
- ** Supplier Coordination**: Follow up on delivery confirmations and ensure compliance.
- ** Inventory Management**: Manage and analyze component inventories and participate in inventory counts.
- ** Price Optimization**: Validate and optimize purchase prices and prepare quotation requests.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Promote and implement continuous improvement of procedures and processes.
- ** Supplier Relations**: Establish and maintain supplier relationships and qualify suppliers in SAP ARIBA.
- ** Problem Resolution**: Help resolve supplier quality issues and support the SCM function in negotiating pricing.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Certificate in procurement, logistics, management, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of SAP software is an asset.
- Proficiency in the Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Advanced proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a team player mindset.
