**Responsibilities**:

- Lead by example and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all aspects of the car spa, including self-serve car wash bays, detailing center, and automatic car tunnel.
- Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure your team provides an elite level of customer service.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with Marketing to help drive awareness and traffic to the new location.

**Qualifications**:

- A passion for people, customers and cars is a must
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the car wash or automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and learn new things quickly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of car wash equipment and operations is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
