As a Full-Time Hairstylist at We The Highlander Spa, you will have the opportunity to rent a chair in a private, fully equipped room within our upscale spa facility. We provide everything you need to thrive as a hairstylist and create a welcoming space for your clients to enjoy a personalized and luxurious experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid cosmetology license.
- Proven experience as a hairstylist with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own client base.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
- Positive attitude and a passion for the beauty industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a wide range of hairstyling services to clients, including cuts, colors, treatments, and styling.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the hairstyling industry.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent service and professionalism.
- Manage your client appointments and schedules independently.
- Collaborate with other spa professionals to create a harmonious and customer-centric environment.

The details of chair rental and compensation will be discussed during the interview process, where we will work together to determine a fair and mutually beneficial arrangement.

Pay: $800.00 per week
