**Steele Auto Group is seeking a Used Car Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team at Steele Ford Lincoln**

**As a Used Car Sales Manager with Steele Ford Lincoln,** you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to achieve revenue goals. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Monitor department profitability and take responsibility for corrective measures
- Maintain and control vehicle inventory
- Used vehicle procurement
- Work cohesively with other dealership departments to ensure ultimate functionality
- Lead, coach and mentor staff and take your team to the finish line
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- A proven track record of setting and achieving sales targets
- 3-5 years previous automotive sales experience
- Valid driver's license & acceptable driver's abstract
