- Lead the projects of the “Process Methods & Tools” Engineering team related to the transformation exercise and support the Engineering activities.
- Monitor the Planning process (tasks vs Resources/capacity)
- Monitor the Risks and ensure the required communications
- Ensure that the activities of the team and their deliverables are planned and progress as per the plan
- Provide the status of the progress, drumbeat the actions and put in place the relevant KPIs and corrective action plans
- Deploy / adapt the relevant Project management tools within the “Process Methods & tools” Engineering team.

**Yöu**
- You have an Engineering bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering or equivalent.
- You have five (5) to ten (10) years of relevant experience in project management or equivalent.
- You have some experience in relation to P’M domain and / or aeronautic industry.
- A PMP Certification would be an asset.
- You demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
- You have superior skills in MS Office (Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and Google Suite.
- You are a team player with strong communication skills who interfaces well with the many business partners involved.
