We’re looking for a Project Manager to assist Operations leaders in planning and executing the accelerated transformation in their sectors.

As part of the Corporate IT team, you’ll help accelerate and coordinate the Operations transformation by working on strategic initiatives with a Bank-wide impact.

This position reports to a Senior Manager within the Corporate IT team.

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing the transformation plan for an Operations sector, from analysis to rolling out changes.

You’ll exercise your leadership skills on a daily basis to advance discussions and ensure that the transformation plan initiatives are carried out with regard to work organization, processes, culture & talent and data. You’ll direct the transformation process, implement the target business vision and prioritize strategies and activities aimed at making it a reality.

Your analytical skills, discipline, ability to deliver concrete change and engaging leadership will help you succeed.

**Your role**
- Set targets, prioritize and coordinate work and implementation activities and involve leaders and their teams
- Diagnose priority situations and help solve complex problems
- Inform stakeholders about the progress of transformation initiatives and influence them by effectively sharing the Operations vision and information about complex situations
- Create and promote an environment conducive to change
- Engage cross-sector Operations teams and get the right experts involved based on transformation needs
- Promote and deliver initiatives to achieve the “Work more closely with clients” vision
- Seize opportunities to enhance the client and employee experience
- Be accountable for the transformation plan and commitments (value, costs, schedules and benefits)

**Your profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience OR master’s degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience OR university certificate/undergraduate diploma from the National Bank University Program and 8 years of relevant experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the analysis and end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives
- Experience of running strategic planning exercises with executives
- Proven leadership skills and able to influence senior management
- Proven change management skills
- Proven ability to learn about a business domain and highlight its key elements.
- Knowledge of the banking industry and operations, an asset
- Ability to quickly grasp and resolve complex issues and make appropriate recommendations
- Able to deal with ambiguity
- Knowledge of French (written/spoken); English, an asset (you will be required to communicate with users).
