We are looking for an **Operation** Manager *to join our Customer Service & Delivery Team. Working alongside Vera, Senior AFT Manager, You will oversee all the operation for a selected BPO ensuring they deliver our target service level and quality expectations. You will be the primary contact person for the BPO addressing any issues that may arise. You will have the chance to travel onsite to meet with them and develop closer & professional reports. You will spend your day overseeing that the operation is running smoothly and efficiently liaising with any colleagues internal and external.

- Collaborate with the training team in the effective recruitment and training delivery of the BPO;
- Collaborate to prepare a formal hand-off from training to the operation ensuring target KPI are meet prior entering the operation;
- Manage all briefings and timelines related to the target SLA and contracts with BPO's;
- Responsible for determining and ensuring BPO alignment on priorities (queue volume and other);
- Analyze the BPO statistics on a daily basis and have a full understanding of root causes if any fluctuations;
- Oversee the QA assessment of management, experts and agents identifying key focus and continuous improvement;
- Participate in the selection of managements & experts;
- Prepare and present on a weekly basis recap of performance, successes/issues, operations concerns, KPI's;
- Lead and oversee the weekly meeting;
- Create action plan for bottom performers and hold BPO's accountable to its successful implementation;
- Oversee the workforce issues and collaborate with BPO to improve shortfall, forecasting, coverage, support;
- Central point of contact for the BPO - communication and escalation perspective level 1&2 across phone, chat and back office;
- Produce and complete reports on recurring errors, system deficiencies, call trends, etc. highlighting possible solutions for long term improvement on FCR;
- Working in a fast-paced and technological environment, with strong communication skills in both English and French.

Aux côtés de Vera, Senior AFT Manager, vous superviserez l'ensemble des opérations pour un BPO sélectionné, en veillant à ce qu'il réponde à nos attentes en matière de niveau de service et de qualité. Vous serez la principale personne de contact pour le BPO et vous vous occuperez de tous les problèmes qui pourraient survenir. Vous aurez la possibilité de vous rendre sur place pour les rencontrer et élaborer des rapports plus précis et professionnels. Vous passerez votre journée à superviser le bon déroulement des opérations et à assurer la liaison avec tous les collègues internes et externes.

- Collaborer avec l'équipe de formation pour un recrutement et une formation efficaces du BPO ;
- Collaborer à la préparation d'un transfert formel de la formation à l'opération, en veillant à ce que les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) cibles soient atteints avant l'entrée en opération ;
