_NKS Health Pharmacy is looking for an Experienced **Full-Time Specialty Pharmacy Assistant **to join our growing team at **Mississauga NKS Pharmacy**. _Established in 2007, NKS Health is a specialty pharmacy focused on the handling and service of injectable, infusion and biologic medications. NKS Health provides high quality service by strategically focusing on chronic autoimmune and neurological conditions, such as: rheumatoid arthritis, gastrointestinal diseases, dermatological diseases, stroke rehabilitation, migraines, and multiple sclerosis._

**_Duties and Responsibilities_**
- _Providing exemplary customer service that meets NKS Health standards_
- _Data entry of patient care information into Kroll ensuring all required documentation is adequate_
- _Understanding, recognizing, and resolving third party adjudication_
- _Assisting in coordination of next day deliveries and medication refills_
- _Troubleshoot all billing errors before next day’s delivery_
- _Pulling all scheduled deliveries and organizing next day deliveries_
- _Ensure all copayments are charged or forwarded to appropriate payer_
- _Provide pharmacy team with medication totals for upcoming delivery before cut off time to ensure we have appropriate stock_
- _Co-ordinate with all patient support programs regarding billing errors, plan maximums, co-pay assistance, and free of charge medications_
- _Other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Operations Manager_

**_Job Requirements_**
- _Proficient in Kroll (minimum 2 years of experience)_
- _Retail or community pharmacy experience with excellent knowledge in pharmacy operations (minimum 2 years of experience)_
- _Excellent communication and customer service skills_
- _Effective organizational skills and excellent time management skills with the proven ability to multi-task_
- _Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues independently in an effective and efficient manner_
- _Detail oriented with the ability to work under mínimal supervision_
