- **Duties and Responsibilities**_
- _Providing excellent customer service_
- _Entering patient and prescription information into Kroll_
- _Understanding and completing third party adjudication_
- _Troubleshoot all billing errors_
- _Assisting in coordination of deliveries - switched order of these two_
- _Ensure all copayments are charged and collected_
- _Provide pharmacy team with medication totals for upcoming delivery before cut off time to ensure we have appropriate stock_
- _Other duties as assigned_
- **Job Requirements**_
- _Proficient in Kroll order entry and third party adjudication/billing (minimum 2 years of experience)_
- _Retail or community pharmacy experience (minimum 2 years of experience)_
- _Excellent communication and customer service skills_
- _Effective organizational skills and excellent time management skills with the proven ability to multi-task_
- _Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues independently in an effective and efficient manner_
- _Detail oriented with the ability to work under mínimal supervision_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
