- Experienced and knowledgeable in commercial building operations, maintenance and be interested in participating in leasing and other tenant life cycle activities

- Proactive in ensuring optimal operational efficiency, tenant experience and financial performance of the Adera income producing asset portfolio
- Detail oriented and capable of coordinating accounting, financial and governance activities associated with managing the portfolio, including day-to-day operations, compliance with statutory requirements, communications with professionals & institutional partners and management reporting & business analytics
- Active in site visits and relationship management with our building occupants and other key stakeholders
- A Rental Property Management license and be in good standing with BCFSA
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with clear and concise delivery of important details and the ability to proactively anticipate needs and get answers
- A calm and professional service-oriented approach to ensure a consistent and dependable environment in which our tenants can effectively operate their business
- A strong technical understanding of building operations and feel comfortable coordinating trades, contractors and our building maintenance team
- Passion for life long learning and a job well done, using technology to streamline processes, uphold brand integrity and support the success of our team
