As the Production Supervisor at our Windsor plant, reporting directly to the Production or Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring effective team management, operational efficiency, and quality control

**Role Overview**:
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is a key member of our finance and accounting team, responsible for managing and executing accounts receivable activities with precision and professionalism. This role will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, maintain robust financial controls, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the accounting department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter and reconcile Accounts Receivable transactions in QuickBooks.
- Proactively manage and follow up on outstanding customer invoices and payments.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Reconcile and manage company credit and fuel cards, ensuring all transactions are accurately accounted for.
- Accurately record remittances and ensure they are properly reflected in financial records.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve billing issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all receivable transactions.
- Continuously improve the accounts receivable process for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Holds a College Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
- Is proficient with accounting software, especially QuickBooks.
- Boasts strong organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting.
- Exhibits excellent communication skills for both internal coordination and external customer interactions.

Pay: $45,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
