**_Who we are looking for: _**

We’re looking for an experienced, driven and customer centred individual with hands-on experience in a fast-paced and growing eCommerce business. As a **Sales Coordinator **, you will be the first point of contact for a large volume of customer inquiries and the daily fulfilment of eCommerce orders.
- **_Duties: _**

Immediately:

- Understanding the Product Line is the key to outstanding customer service.
- Timely response to customer inquiries through chat, messaging and phone consultations
- Collect thorough details of custom inquiries and act as a liaison between clients and our key designer for order details
- Maintain and update ecommerce orders throughout various manufacturing process from purchase to delivery
- Process shipping to include customs documentation
- Work with shipping partners to ensure safe and timely product communication and delivery
- Product photography and editing
- Liaise between departments, taking initiative to work closely with Design, Manufacturing and Packing departments to ensure customer satisfaction as well as product standards.
- Maintain open and detailed communication and relationship standards with clients and other team members.
- Create documentation and weekly forms for third party partners

After Probationary Period:

- Office duties to include statement verifications, billing inconsistencies and platform maintenance
- New product listings and descriptions on selling platforms
- Manage product listings
- Track trends based on current market and customer inquiries in order to identify the need for new products
- Become an expert in online sale strategies across various platforms to expand product components and listings
- Develop successful promotional activities alongside ownership
- Maintain Google Business Accounts
- Develop strategic sales plans with a focus on social media platforms

**_Qualifications: _**
- Experience with selling Platforms such as Etsy, Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify
- Prefer 2 years experience working in an eCommerce environment
- Customer Service background is essential
- Ability to communicate order details to other team members
- Knowledge of shipping and customs documentation as import fees
- Knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office with a strong emphasis on Spreadsheets and documentation creation.
- Strong computer program skills to be able to learn internal and partner based computer programs and platforms
- Ability to manage your own tasks
- Ability to learn quickly and take on new tasks as required
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to manage numerous and changing priorities and to proactively address issues relating to customer inquiries, complaints, processes, order fulfilment and customer service
- Must be able to work on multiple projects with competing priorities
- Clear and concise communication skills with proactive follow-up both internally and externally
- Ability to problem solve and find solutions

**_Job Specifications: _**
- The Successful applicant will work onsite daily for training and throughout the busy season
- There is potential for the occasional remote work a few days a week after the busy season
- Full time; 40 Hours per week, 8AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday
- Peak Season may require occasional Saturday & Sunday remote work
- The position starts with a 4-month probationary period, with the potential offer of a full-time salary position
- Computer and necessary equipment for job success supplied
