Various secretarial duties including but not limited to: answering phones, filing, front line point of contact with employees/customers and vendors
- Attention to accuracy when entering payable and receivable into accounting software, auditing of invoices from vendors to purchase orders
- Ensure documents are kept updated and respond to requests for material
- Attend meetings and take minutes if required
- Ordering supplies from vendors based on the inventory sheets that are provided
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word Perfect and Outlook
- Able to work in a face paced office and adapt quickly to change
- Must provide strong and clear communication
- High degree of self-discipline, self-motivated and very organized

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
