Now, **we’re calling on a new Hero** — someone ready to take command of the Customer experience, drive the momentum forward, and lead with precision, empathy, and grit.

**Your Mission**:

- Be the trusted connection between our **Customers** and our powerhouse **Service Team**:

- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with clarity and confidence
- Create repair orders, manage communication, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records
- Provide support across both our **Regina Truck** and **Regina Trailer** locations as needed
- Work variable shifts that may fall anywhere between **Monday-Saturday, 7:00AM-6:00PM**, based on **Service Desk** coverage needs

**Your Toolkit**:

- Experience in a **Customer service** or **advisory** role
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- A team-first mindset with a passion for getting things done right
- Resilience in a fast-paced environment and a cool head under pressure
- A knack for balancing multiple priorities without losing sight of the details
- Strong **mechanical** or **technical aptitude** (**heavy-duty** or **automotive industry experience** is a **plus**)
