**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and acknowledge all internal and external customers promptly, whether in person, on the phone or electronically
- Creating work orders and updating customers on the status of their vehicle
- Respond to internal requests from other departments and redirect as appropriate
- Regularly seek opportunities to further support the Collision Center team in administrative tasks, notably Administrative roles, Advisor roles, Detail coordinator and Collision Center Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Enthusiasm, passion, and professionalism is a must
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and spreadsheet software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment with an ability to multitask
- Self-motivation with strong attention to detail while working under mínimal supervision
- Able to work well under pressure and strict deadlines
- Keen interest to develop, learn and grow your skill set within the collision centre and dealership

**Employment Level**:
Full-time

**Wage Range**:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 /Year
