**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer inquiries.
- Knowing our client’s brand inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

**Requirements**:

- Upbeat, friendly, team-player attitude.
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm and connect with customers.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working in customer service.

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
