Essential Image is a dynamic print and branding solutions provider, offering high-quality print production, packaging, and fulfillment services. We specialize in fast-turnaround print jobs, corporate branding, and customized marketing materials. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Project Manager to join our operations team.

**Position Overview**

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating print production jobs from concept through to completion. This includes scheduling, shipping & receiving, customer communication, vendor coordination, and a strong working knowledge of prepress and print file preparation. You’ll be a key player in ensuring that all jobs are completed on time, on spec, and on budget.

**Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Scheduling**
- Manage daily production schedules across multiple projects
- Coordinate job timelines with internal teams (design, prepress, print, finishing)
- Ensure all materials and resources are available to meet deadlines
- Liaise with clients and vendors to confirm project details and delivery timelines

**Shipping & Receiving**
- Oversee the receipt of raw materials and job supplies
- Schedule and track outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling
- Coordinate with couriers and freight companies for local and national delivery
- Maintain shipping/receiving logs and ensure inventory accuracy

**Prepress & Print Production Support**
- Review client files for print readiness and compatibility
- Preflight, impose, and proof files using Adobe Creative Suite and/or prepress software
- Collaborate with design and production to troubleshoot print issues
- Ensure quality standards and press specifications are met

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 2+ years of experience in print production or project management
- Strong understanding of prepress, file formats, and print workflows
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat; knowledge of RIPs/imposition a plus
- Familiarity with digital and offset print processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Experience in shipping logistics and inventory management preferred
