Your Opportunity:
Working under the general direction of the area supervisor, the Administrative Support III - Reception Clerk performs reception and other clerical duties for the Diagnostic Imaging department located at Foothills Medical Center. The individual will be required to assist with obtaining and maintaining all records associated with appointments and will work closely with other areas within the Diagnostic Imaging department and FMC units. This position requires extensive walking between several units that would require coverage throughout the shift. This is a midday shift consisting of 11:30-19:45 rotationally.

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Minimum 3 months recent experience in a hospital or medical environment, involved in booking, reception, and clerical duties preferred. DI Front Desk and Registration Basics Connect Care experience. Previous Diagnostic Imaging experience. Previous electronic Diagnostic Imaging Scheduling experience preferred. Recognized Business/Clerical course desired.
